Testimonials
“After receiving my diagnosis for ADHD I knew I needed more than just medication to get myself where I wanted to be, and doing coaching with Fiona was probably the best decision I could’ve made. My biggest ADHD struggle was executive dysfunction and now thanks to her I have the tools I need to get me through day to day tasks that I otherwise would have struggled with. Not only is she genuine but she’s so relatable as well, it really makes the whole process a lot more comforting. My family and the people around me agree that I’m doing much better now. Working with her was honestly life changing and that is no exaggeration.”
A.M (17 years)“Coaching sessions with Fiona have honestly been life-changing. Before I started, I felt bad about needing help from someone to get my life together, but I’m so glad I ended up going through with the coaching. From the start, It was easy to open up to Fiona without feeling judged. I was very unhappy with my life and I couldn’t stop dwelling on past regrets. Through Fiona’s coaching, I was able to address and resolve those feelings. She made it so much easier to process all the thoughts in my head and use them to make positive changes in the future. After just 2 months, my mindset on life had completely changed. For the first time in my life, I’d been able to implement systems that allowed me to achieve my personal goals. Fiona helped me with the entire process.”
Z.A (18 years)“Fiona has been amazing in helping me figure out strategies and methods to help manage the everyday challenges that come with my ADHD. She supported me all the way through my university degree and has continued to show up over the years, whether that's a quick phone call or a few sessions when I've needed extra help.
What makes Fiona stand out isn't just her coaching. She creates a genuinely supportive environment where you feel understood, not judged. She helps you make sense of why certain things don't come as easily, and when things slip or don't go to plan, she gets it, and instead of making you feel bad she just helps you get back on track, whilst being incredibly supportive.
I really couldn't recommend her enough. You'll leave every session feeling more capable, and you'll probably have a good laugh along the way too.”
Poppy Holland“I had been in burnout again for around 7–8 months. After exhausting countless other options, I felt like I had nothing to lose by trying an ADHD coach. I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism around 1.5 years ago, and so far I have had five coaching appointments with Fiona, one per week.
Of all the avenues I have tried, this has been by far the most helpful. I realised that I need support, accountability, and someone who genuinely understands and hears the struggles I face. Fiona’s skill set, knowledge, and ability to understand and communicate with neurodivergent people have been a huge part of why this has been so effective for me. She knows how to ask the right questions and help me gain my own insights, rather than simply telling me what I should do.
I experienced an almost immediate improvement. Before starting coaching, I was regularly finding myself physically unable to move from the couch for 3–4 days at a time. The coaching has also led to my own epiphanies and choices throughout each week—small changes that add value to my life and support the things I actually want for myself.
Fiona is incredibly easy to talk to and comforting to be around. I am so grateful for the support, accountability, and understanding I have received. I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is struggling to function, or wanting to better understand and manage their ADHD, autism, or burnout.”
L.O“What would I do without Fiona. She has been an absolute life saver for me and helped me through SO many ADHD overwhelm meltdowns, I know I wouldn’t still have my job if it weren’t for her. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she’s relatable, kind and just the best person EVER. I have learned so many helpful tips and tricks since I’ve been working with her. My absolute life saver”
TT“At our recent workshop Fiona presented a clear and informative explanation of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Coming from a place of lived experience Fiona gave attendees a comprehensive description of the neurological, behavioural and emotional aspects of ADHD and why those with ADHD struggle with executive function. Slides were easy to read and engaging and Fiona was able to give real life examples of characteristics of the condition as well as information on how to get diagnosed and where to get help. Attendees left the session better informed and with a fuller understanding of the challenges associated with ADHD.”
Cathy Fraser, Building Compassionate Communities“At first, when my son started seeing Fiona, he didn’t trust the process and developed a ‘I’m fine’ front or wall, but after a trip to look sharp and giving my son permission to be as silly, creative, or just plan bonkers, with what it means to him to have ADHD, the words have change from ‘I’m fine’ to proudly telling teachers what he has learned from his ‘life coach’ Fiona.
The way my son and I look at it is, when you need extra help with math you get a tutor, so for my son he needs help navigating friendships and stress triggers, so Fiona is his tutor. I have noticed a change and so has school, he is actively trying to handle himself better, when he becomes overwhelmed, and he is ‘thinking’ before he acts or speaks and if he gets it wrong he is beginning to own it. My son is getting voted for effort and spirit awards, rather than been hauled into the headmaster's office.”
AM“Fiona's sessions provide our learning coaches with invaluable tools and insights to better understand and support learners with ADHD in the classroom. The information presented is not only thought-provoking but also relevant, reflecting the latest research and best practices in the field. Our learning coaches always leave the session equipped with practical strategies and a deeper understanding of ADHD, enabling them to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.”
Andrea Tong, Principal - AGE School“I started working with Fiona to help with my Neurological Long COVID.
Fiona helped me break down extremely complex processes into smaller tasks. She offered me support and help along the way. And was incredibly generous with her time, and energy. I'd recommend her to anyone.”
