When ADHD leaves you overwhelmed, stuck or doubting yourself
I work with adults to help them understand their ADHD, rebuild confidence and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
Many adults find themselves overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, relationships, household responsibilities and the endless list of daily tasks that require planning, organisation, and follow-through.
Despite being capable, intelligent, and hardworking, many adults with ADHD struggle with procrastination, time management, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and maintaining the systems needed to stay on top of everyday life. This can lead to feelings of frustration, self-doubt, and exhaustion.
How ADHD and executive function coaching helps
ADHD coaching provides a supportive, collaborative partnership where we work together to better understand your unique brain, identify what is getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward. As an ADHD and executive function coach, I focus on your strengths while building the executive function skills needed to create a life that feels more manageable, purposeful, and aligned with your goals.
Do you need an ADHD diagnosis?
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching. Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you may have ADHD, or simply experience executive function challenges, coaching can help you develop greater awareness, confidence, and self-understanding.

“Fiona has been amazing in helping me figure out strategies and methods to help manage the everyday challenges that come with my ADHD. She supported me all the way through my university degree and has continued to show up over the years, whether that's a quick phone call or a few sessions when I've needed extra help.
What makes Fiona stand out isn't just her coaching. She creates a genuinely supportive environment where you feel understood, not judged. She helps you make sense of why certain things don't come as easily, and when things slip or don't go to plan, she gets it, and instead of making you feel bad she just helps you get back on track, whilst being incredibly supportive.
I really couldn't recommend her enough. You'll leave every session feeling more capable, and you'll probably have a good laugh along the way too.”

There is not a set rate charged by ADHD Coaches but a good rule of thumb is that an accredited ADHD Coach will cost similar to a counsellor in your area.
