What to expect:
Coaching sessions are up to 50 minutes. I offer coaching sessions in my office on the North Shore, Auckland or via Zoom.
Challenges with ADHD and/or executive function can become more apparent as young adults navigate adulthood and independent living.
The transition from high school to university, tertiary study, apprenticeships or moving out of home can be exciting and at the same time daunting.
Without the external accountability that school and family life often provide, many young adults find themselves struggling with procrastination, disorganisation, overwhelm, and difficulty staying on top of their studies/work. This can impact not only academic/work performance but also confidence, wellbeing, and motivation.
Coaching can help students with support to develop their executive function skills (time management, organisation, planning, working memory, impulse control) to get back on track.
Together we can work on:
High School/University work/ Work
Deadlines
Procrastination and overwhelm
Prioritisation
Organisation and study tips
Balancing study, work and personal life
Building independence and life skills
Sleep schedule
Self care
Emotional Regulation
Building confidence
What's next? (after highschool or uni)
“Working with my ADHD coach Fiona has genuinely made such a huge positive impact and difference in my life. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, supportive, and understanding. She created a safe space where I always felt heard, understood and never judged.
Her guidance has helped me have better understanding of myself, build confidence, reach new goals and develop new strategies that I can use every day. I’m so grateful for the time we have had together and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and life-changing support within having ADHD.”

There is not a set rate charged by ADHD Coaches but a good rule of thumb is that an accredited ADHD Coach will cost similar to a counsellor in your area.
