Groups are intentionally kept small to create community and support.
The course will cover:
ADHD 101: an overview of how the ADHD brain works and executive function challenges
Menopause 101: an overview of hormonal, physical, and emotional changes and how hormonal changes can amplify ADHD traits - why things may feel harder
Self-Compassion and Self-Care: practical ways to support energy, emotions and the nervous system during hormonal changes
Strategies: practical, realistic tools to help memory, organisation, overwhelm, and mood
There will be a session just for your cohort 4 weeks after the course has ended, checking in with you.
